We have had this installed for some weeks along with some of you other products.rnrnThe issue we now have is that when we load a template we are unable to edit it as it says it cannot find/locate the css file. We have checked and the file exists but none of the templates work.rnrnIn an attempt to rectify we have tried to download the relevant files again however the file will not respond and unzip.rnrnPlease can you advise?rn

Hello

And I apologize again for the download issues. I will send alternate download links to all the products in your account by e-mail.

Regarding the templates, please tell me if you are setting all the template files within the same root site. Note that you don't have to copy the folder with the template, just open the folder and move all the files from that template folder within the root folder of your DW site. Also, you'll have to edit the .dwt files.

If it still doesn't work, it would be great if you could send me by e-mail a screenshot with your site structure in DW.

Thank you!

Hello Allen,

All the files within the template folder must be copyed in a root folder that represents your DW local site. Just copy the files, and not the folder.
This usually happens when you copy the folder and the files in the DW site, making it a subfolder in that correspondent site. Could you send a screenshot with your site structure by e-mail to support[at]extendstudio.com so that i can take a look and see what happens there?
Thanks!

Hello Corrina,

You have to go to the 'Templates' directory and open the .dwt files. You can edit the content from there. Here ia are some documentation links for further info about how to work with templates: http://www.extendstudio.com/dreamweaver-templates-pack/documentation.html
