Hi
Just purchased DW CSS pack but when I try to unzip the file I get the message "cannot open file: it does not appear to be a valid archive".
Any help much appreciated

Same problem here - my zip starts to download and reaches various completion level, but does not actually complete - thus the zip is invalid.

thank you for your help. I also just purchased PowerSlider + SlideshowPlus Bundle, Creative DW Rich Media Pack PRO, and Creative DW Vertical Menu. all three are having the same problem with the download....

I am having the same problem have contacted support via email 5 times and no response. I also purchased the product with the extra templates included 135.00 and can't download the complete product zip file. It will download 4MGs one time and 14MGs and then various other amounts but never the complete 40.6MGs that it is supposed to. I am very frustrated as this is a very high price for a product that as yet I can't download and use.
Please help.
