I just order Flexi CSS Layouts + Templates Pack and FlexiPanels CSS for Dreamweaver and when I download the file, it gives me the following error message stating: Windows cannot open the folder (css_layout_plus_templates_zip' is invalid.

When I try to extract the files, it gives me the following message stating:
The comppresed (zipped) folder is empty.

Can you please inform me on what I need to do in order to download and load all three products on my computer.
