If I create a basic website with this extension, will the work I have done after the ten days still be usable/available or will there be a message popping up saying that I need to register I understand the main program will stop working but what else will get effected?..

Hello,

The page you will create with the demo version of Flexi CSS Layouts won't be affected at the time the trial expires. The only isssue is that you won't be able to make further changes if you want to edit something in that layout.
