Hi

I'm using your tutorial in the subject header to create a layout. When i insert the layout into the black page i don't seem to have a right sidebar and also the left sidebar seems far too small. I have crated a fixed 3 column layout before and that instructed me to create 3 columns inside row 2 which this does not. Am i missing something or do i indeed have to create the columns inside row 2 just like the fixed does?

Many Thanks

James

Hello,

Into the second main liquid row, which represents the content of your layout you have to insert 1 fix column and center it. You need to add your content inside this fixed column: you can create here three columns and set their dimension in order to make the middle one bigger than the left and right ones. The left and the right ones represent your sidebars.
Tell me if this is the content you want to implement in your layout, or, if you wanted something else it would be great if you could send an archive with this layout by e-mail to support[at]extendstudio.com

Hi Elena

Yes i would like a left sidebar, main content and right sidebar in that second row. I did set three columns inside the second row. Left bar and right bar were 20% each, main content is 60%. The only problem i have now is when i create a navigation bar in Photoshop i used 360px for width and 700px for height. The the text in that box moves around depending on zoom level. I need a way to fix that navigation bar in place regardless of zoom level?

Many thanks

Hi Elena

What i'm trying to say i guess is that i need the content and sidebars to be liquid and not just be at a fixed px size? The header and footer will expand and shrink depending what monitor is displayed and i need that for the sidebars and main content also?

Thanks

James

Hello James

And I apologize for the late answer. Could you please send an archive with your layout and the 'Includes' folder by e-mail to support[at]extendstudio.com to see exactly where the problem is and find a quick solution for this?

Thank you!
