Guys

this is still a problem and I need to get the flexipanel up and running quickly. I have downloaded the CSS pack pro again and tried resetting the license with no joy. The other two elements (menus and layouts) seem to work fine

Please can you advise..

UPDATE ; Flexi layouts now doing the same.. menus are fine tho

Hello Phil,

This is really strange what is happening. Do you have any firewall or something like that that might block the extension from reaching our servers?

Let's do a desktop sharing today if you are available. In what time zone do you live and between what hours it would be best for you?

Strange, I just tried it again and it worked!! Don't think I have changed anything but at least all is ok now :-)
