Flexi panels started to ask for serial number again and when I put it in it says there is no internet connection, when there is! giving me error 701

Hello,
You have to reset the serial number before you can use to register the extension again. To do that, login in your account and press the reset license button next to the serial number.

Hi Mine is stating the same, I have 2 licences, one says registered and the other says needs registering but I have tried both and still get the same error 701??

Hello Phil,
I see that you have two licenses in your account. You need to hit the reset license button for one them before you can use it to register a new installation.
You reset the license but still got 701?

Yes, I am unsure which licence refers to which computer (I have an iMac and macbook pro) is there any way I can tell?
I have tried resetting both and using both in dreamweaver
