Hi Support,
Sorry about previous garbeled message.
Please advise how I should attach a screenshot of the error message when trying to install FlexiLayouts on my new PC.
FlexiPanels installed without a hitch.
I use Dreamweaver CS4
Thank you,
Billy

Hello,
Have you tried to reset the license from your account and then install the extension on your new PC? However, you can send us a screenshot to support[at]extendstudio.com.

Hi,
Resetting the license did not solve the problem.
Cannot send snapshot to "support@extendstudio.com as the mail server informs me "sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1).

Hello,
We received the screenshot ok and replied to your email.
To avoid any email problems I'm going to copy the message here.
I believe you have an older version of Extension Manager based on the screenshot you sent. Dreamweaver CS 4 shouldn't use Macromedia Extension Manager anymore. You can check for the correct version of the Extension Manager here: http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/em20_download.html
Strange that the Flexi Panels extension worked. That makes me think that you already have the correct Extension Manager installed but when you tried to install Flexi Layouts, you opened the older version by mistake. You can open the Extension Manager directly from Dreamweaver by going to "Help->Manage Extensions" in the top menu.
