I don't have a Margins/Padding/Borders tab. How do I go about getting one. I really need to work with those elements.

Hello,
There is a Margins/Padding/Borders tab in Css Layouts. You can find it in the right side of the Layouts Editor. Maybe, by mistake you have closed this tab group. If this happened put the mouse over the right side of the Layout Editor window, somewhere in the middle where you can click to expand.
If you are still not able to see this tab send us a screenshot with the problem to see what happens.
