Hello,
Check the height of your three columns: column 5, column 6 and column 7. The one in the center has a bigger height than column 5 and 7. Go in the Css Layouts editor and set their height the same dimension as column 6 height.
This should work!

Hello again,
Yes, adding content in different blocks causes the expansion of them as long as they are liquid. Please notice that within your layout is column 16 which contains the text and not column 6. This should help you to manage your layout easier.
