Dear all, rnrnI am having a problem with CSS Layouts. rnrnI was editing a layout and suddently the extension stopped working. rnIt would not properly display the layout, but only an empty screen without any sections. rnTherefore it was not possible to edit the layout anymore. rnThe only way I could get over this was to remove and reinstall the extension. rnrnBut now it says that it is a trial version and that my serial is in use. rnrnPlease help .rnrnRegardsrnrnDennis Zervas

Hello Dennis,
In order to register a new installation of the extension with the same serial you have to reset it first. You can do that from your account on our website. Just click on the "My account" button above and then on the "reset license" button next to the serial number.
Do you recall what you did before the layout stopped working?

Every time I try to use Flexi CSS layouts it has a problem with the license, says it's a trial version out of time, etc. I am in a situation where I don't have full time internet service and sometimes I can't do my work because I don't have a connection. What am I doing wrong.
Also, please clarify the the license. Am I free to use this on any new website I build?

Hello Ben,
Do you have the latest version of the extension installed? The current version is 1.1.279.
You can check the version in the Extension Manager.
If you have the latest version but the registration still doesn't work this may be caused by a special character in your name. What username do you have on your computer?
