Hi.
I emailed your support. No response. I posted this in another forum a few hours ago.
No response.
I paid 175 USD for Flexi CSS PRO pack about 8 hours ago. I received a confirmation from the card processor that the payment was accepted.
However your site never asked me register or login to make the purchase. I made the purchase without an account on your system.
Now I have no download link and no way to access the product I paid for without your help. I sent mail to your support email account and so far I have no response from you.
Can you please send a response to the email on this account (the one I\'m posting with here) so this can be straightened out.
Thanks

Hello Josh,
Sorry for no reply until now but we are on different time zones and your mail came outside of our working hours.
An account has been created on our website with the email address you've used during purchasing. The license you've purchased has been added to that account.
I've sent you an email with the information for your account. Login on our website with the info from the email and you will be automatically to your products page from where you can get your serial number and download the product.
You should've received an email with this information automatically after purchase. It probably got in the spam folder or blocked.
Regards,
Andrei Rinciog

Andrei,
Thanks for the attention. I installed the full versions and everything seems to be working well so far.
No - the issue was not a spam folder problem on my end, firstly because on the service I use - all incoming mail is very easy to see. There's no way to miss it,
But even beyond that - there is a hole in your ordering process. Extend is allowing users to buy, without requiring a valid registration first.
Then it requires you to have a valid registration to pick up the product you paid for. If you dont have one -- well, this is what happens.
I think you guys should look into that asap :) Lucky I wasn't in a situation yesterday where I paid for the product where I absolutely had to have it for a production environment.
I took the risk to purchase this product from a small company for three reasons: 1) Because of the usefulness, utility, and design of the product. 2) Because I tested it by installing the demo ... and ...
3) Because I took some time checking out the responses to issues on this forum, to see how many issues there were .. and then how prompt and useful the support was.
You in particular seem very active on here, and seeing you on here answering questions fairly promptly was one of the main things that triggered me to buy.
There should be no way for a customer to order without having access to the product ... it should be easily fixed ...
Thanks again for the assistance.
