Hi

My Dreamweaver had a fatal error so I re-installed it! Having done that I have come to edit one of my websites using my Flexi CSS Layout and when I do it says my trial period has expired.

I actually have never had a trial as I bought the full version.

I clicked on register, put in my serial number and get an error message:

ERROR #301! Serial in use!

Can you tell me why I am getting this error message and how to rectify it please.

Hello,

You need to reset the serial number before you can use it to register another installation. You can reset all licenses as many times as you need from your account on extendstudio.com.

Just press the "reset license" button next to the license that needs to be reset.

I've rest the Flexi CSS Layouts license for you now so you can use the it.
