Hello,

I have pruchased the CSS Pro pack and received a serial number and a link to CSS Panels only. I downloaded this and installed it and then CSS Layouts as well. The serial number I have been provided only works with one or the other if I go to my account and reset, otherwise it says serial in use.

I would appreciate if someone contacted me to fix this as I have contacted sales a number of times already. Effectively it means you have failed to supply the promised products at this point.

Hello Scott,

The download button from your account should start a download for the entire Dreamweaver CSS Pack PRO archive. Inside that archive you should have 3 MXP files You don't have the 3 MXP files in that archive or you received a different archive? Could you please tell me the name of the file you downloaded?

It's possible that there was a problem with the download from our server. I will send you an alternate download link by email.
