Is there a way for me to stop the program from generating all of the notes inside of the produced layout? I mean removing all of the layout begins here and ends here & stuff like that?

Hello Robert,

If you delete the comments the layout won't be editable using our extension anymore. We haven't implemented an automated system to delete those comments but maybe it would be a good idea for cases when you finished editing the layout and want to export it for the web.
It's possible that we add that in the next update.

I think that is a must, but it should be implemented where the user can delete the comments only for the uploaded file. The file in Dreamweaver still stays intact.

Adobe GoLive used to have that capability where you take out the code when uploading your files to the server, but keeps all the code in the site files.
