When I start with a new page in DW page and try to launch a <<My Page Layouts>> in CSS Layout, I am getting the subject error.
After that error, I am getting this one:<< ####TypeError: Error #1009##null >> if I try for another one.
No clue why this behavior has appeared since I was using the defined page previously without any error.

Have you tried deleting the wincache file? always the first thing I look at with any errors that DW throws up that are not code linked.
For Windows users
1.Close Dreamweaver.
2.Open a Windows Explorer window.
3.In the Address bar enter %appdata% and click Enter.
4.Open the Adobe directory.
5.Open the Dreamweaver folder for the version of Dreamweaver you are using.
6.Dreamweaver CS4 users only – open the en_US directory.
7.Open the Configuration directory.
8.Locate the WinFileCache.dat file. There may be some other numbers appended to this filename.
9.Press Delete to delete this file.
10.Open Dreamweaver.

Hello,
Before you click the insert layout button did you save the page in an existing site?
Does that error appear before or after the interface opens?

Hi Andrei,
I saved the new page in an existing site before trying to insert the layout.
The interface opens correctly, I go to my page layout and select the one I need. The problem appears only after naming the layout, when you click on Insert. Then it shows the error message described above.

Hello Mat,
What name have you tried? Maybe the problem is created by the name you gave the layout.
Have you tried to create a new layout using the editor or just insert existing layouts from the gallery?

Andrei,
I have tried the name ''test'', ''index'' and even ''timelapse'' without any changes...
I created a new layout and inserted it without difficulty into a new page.
The problem is in the template gallery. I can insert a page layout (web2.0 for example) but I can't insert one of ''My page Layout''.
<< ####TypeError: Error #1009##null >>
I'm waiting for your feedback, hope we can fix this soon.

And if you create a new layout you get the same error message?
What exact version of the extension do you have installed?
Do you have any special characters in your username on the operating system?

Hello Andrei,
I created a new layout (very basic one) and inserted it in a page saved in my existing site, then I started a new page and inserted that new layout. Worked well.
When I try my other file, it creates a bug. I guess the problem is handling this file. Is there anything you can suspect I could have done in the layout that would interfere in the loading process?
The version of the layout css extension is 1.1.276, I saw that the latest was 1.1.284, is there any major changes? How to do an update?
No special characters in my user and password on the OS.

Hello Mat,
In order to update the extension you just have to install the latest version. It will ask you to replace existing files and just select "Yes".
Could you send me a copy of the template that gives you errors? You can find it inside Dreamweavers configuration folder in "Shared/Extend/CSS Layouts/Layouts/User".

Mike we tried with your layouts and they worked OK on our computers. This could be something on your computer.
Could we do a desktop sharing session so we can check out what happens?

Hi all,
I'm having the same issue. I deleted the file that was suggested earlier and it worked... to an extent. Now the problem is similar but with a different error message now (insert in dw :::null). Please assist.

It is possible that you have an unclosed thag there or something missing in the code. We need to take a look and fix it.

Here is the path to your configuration: Mac HD/Users/[user]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Dreamweaver [version]/
You can delete the unwanted gallery layouts templates from this 'My Page Layouts' folder.

I manage re install the software, delete the previous work. and restarted every thing, from the scratch. giving names and saving accordingly.
this has made a differences.
