Hello,
hello, I bought Dreamweaver CSS PRO Pack, but I managed to activate Flexi css layout with the serial number but can not activate Flexi CSS Menus with the same serial number how should I do?

Hello,
Once you registered one of the products with the pack license the other products should be registered as well.
Try to reset the license and register Flexi CSS Menus first.
What operating system do you have and what username do you have on your operating system?

Hi
I downloaded the trial version of CSS Layouts and liked it so much I bought the pack with CSS Panels too. The serial number worked and CSS Panels is now registered. However, when I tried to register Layouts, I got error message #301 which says the serial number is in use.
Can you help?

Hello,
Error #301 means that you must reset your serial number before you can use it to register another installation.
You can do that from your account on our website by pressing the "reset license" button next to the license.

I thought I'd replied to this post already but I can't see it here, so here goes again.
So, I reset the serial number and tried to register CSS Panels too. However, this didn't work either. This time, the error was #661, Product Registration failed.
Please help. I really like what your products do, but the registration process is proving somewhat frustrating.

Hello,
Both products should work registered with the license you have at the same time. Have you installed the extension using the MXP files from the package or you had them installed using demo versions?
Could we do a desktop sharing session so we can take a look at what happens on your computer?
I've added a second license in your account so you can register both products. After we find the problem and make both products work with the same license you can use the second license to register the extensions on a second computer.
