I am unable to start and use this product. I purchased it over a year ago and has been working ok. Then I didn't use it for a while and when I went to use it today it always prompts me to enter my serial. I keep doing this but it comes up with Error 661. Product registration failed.

Hello Jeremy,
I checked the license from your account and it worked to register the product. Please make sure that you are inserting all the characters. The serial number is consisted of all three blocks of characters separated by "-".

Thanks, but no matter what I do it will not register. I have reset the licence and made sure the - is in there.

I have just tried to reset the license again but got an error saying "You license is not registered yet ! ". That suggests to me that there is something wrong with the license not my computer.

Ok. I've just realised that I was trying to start the CSS Panels extension, which is an expired trial. Doh!!! Sorry.
