HI,

I've purchased both of these products and I have a single licence. Every time I run up either of them, I have to login to extend studio and reset the licence key and re-register the licence key to the product in order to use it.

Hello,

This sometimes happens because of some files from an earlier installation. Did you have any of the extensions installed prior to purchase or you installed them from the package?

If you haven't installed them from the package, it is possible that you have some versions that we're not built to work as a package. Go to your account and download the CSS Package archive. You will find two mxp files inside the archive. Install both extensions using those MXP files.
