I cannot register my license key. After typing it in (it does not accept a copy and paste) I receive a message telling me to wait until my license is registered. This never happens. The spinner turns but no progress is made. Please advise.

Hello,

What operating system do you have and in what language?

It's strange that you don't receive any errors. Could we do a desktop sharing session so we can check what's stopping the registration process? I can send you by email the instructions for the connection.

I am using Windows 7 (64 bit) in English. The problem is that the spinner just spins continuously when I press Next after entering the Serial #. If I run the program as a demo it works. Just will not allow me to enter it as a full program. Sure, we can do a desktop session if you like. Please email me instructions.
