Okay... maybe I am really stupid, but I can't get any sound on your videos. I've tried on 3 different computers. IS there sound or am I just missing something. Printed instructions would also have been nice. If you include these with the purchase, WHERE do I find them?

Hello,

There's nothing wrong with your computers :) We just didn't put sound on our tutorials yet because our accent would probably sound weird and you couldn't understand very well. We had a couple of requests though and we will find a way to put sound on our future video tutorials.

The documentation can be found only online on our website. This way its easier for us to improve on it and you can always find it with the latest updates.
