Aloha!

I usually just upload the whole folder, which files do I not upload to the hosting so that the DEBUG MODE doesn't show up. For some reason it shows up for some computers/ browsers.

Hello Deanna,

The file is called "debug_plus.js". If you turned debug off from Dreamweaver, that file should be empty on the local folder. You need to upload the empty version on the production server as well.

If on some computer you can see in debug mode while in other browsers you can't, it's probably because of either server or browser cache.

Check if you have the correct, empty, file on the server. You can also delete it. After you make sure that its correct do a server cache clearance and check the page again.
