I have a sales email receipt to Dreamweaver CSS Pack that I purchased, but I cannot open an account to download the software. When I enter my name and email to create the account, a dialog says that that name is already registered? And I should enter another name and password. When I enter same name with another email address, the page returned an error - crashed. Can you help? Denis
