Is there any way to use flexi layouts on two macs at the same time - at the moment I get an error message "serial in use" when I attempt to do this.rnrnPS: wanting to use it on my work computer as well as macbook pro

Hi Andrey,
after a hdd failure on my mac, I needed to reinstall everything from my time machine backup.
For an unknown reason, I had to reinstall flexi CSS layout in dreamweaver (CS5).
When I try to enter the serial, it says "serial in use".
Any solution to get it back to work?

Hello Colin,
You need to access your account on our website and press the "reset license" button next to the serial number.
To access your licenses press on the "My account" link above.
After you reset it you can use the serial number for a new registration.

I've already tried this, but even if I'm correctly logged in, I see "no orders" under the My Orders zone. Tried that in Safari and Firefox...
What's going wrong?

I see that you have two accounts (you posted earlier from a different account). Probably the orders are on the other account.
If you still can't find them please send an email at support at extendstudio.com with the email address that you filled in the payment form.

Im getting Error 301 Serial in use. Ive purchased CSS layouts AND panels. After entering the serial for CSS Layouts, entering the same serial in Panels gives me the 301 error.

Hello Kris,
Did you purchase the DW CSS Pack or did you purchase layouts and panels separately? If you have them separately this means you have a serial number for each of them and can't use the same one for both. Please reply with details

Having the same problem as Kris (see above) but I purchased the pack together. I have the panels running, but when I try to use the CSS layout plugin it asks for a serial number. When I supply the one for 'Panels' I get the 301 error code.
What do I need to do to get the layout portion running?

Hello,
This sometimes happens because of some files from an earlier installation. Did you have any of the extensions installed prior to purchase or you installed them from the package?
If you haven't installed them from the package, it is possible that you have some versions that we're not built to work as a package. Go to your account and download the CSS Package archive. You will find two mxp files inside the archive. Install both extensions using those MXP files.
