I have downloaded the extension, installed it, and it is not appearing in Dreamweaver. I have re-downloaded, re-installed it, uninstalled it, rebooted and it still does not appear anywhere in DW - the insert panel remains the default DW panel with no extension options.
The extension manager clearly shows that the extension is installed. Version 1.0.259. I have removed it and installed it manually and I have tried double clicking the downloaded .mxp file - they always appear to install correctly but still do not appear in Dreamweaver.
Was hoping to make a deadline today, but will miss it because of this problem.

Hi Christian,
I tried following that link's instructions previously which led to my initial post - the Extend products are not listed under the Common pull down on the floating panel though the extension is installed in the extension manager.

Hello Matt,
Have you checked if your extension is Enabled within Extension Manager?
Do you use Dreamweaver in any other language than English?
If your extension is enabled and you still can't find there we should do a desktop sharing session.
