I just purchaed Flexi Layouts after liking it in trial. Once I paid for it, all the options under the "navigation" level in the Edit layout disappeared. I'd rather not lose a week of work, and if this can't be fixed, at a minimum, have the money refunded. Worked before I paid for it!

BTW, the flash banner keeps crashing my system.

Using Dreamweaver CS4 on a PC (Windows 7).

Yeah, in fact, flexi layouts is crashing dreamweaver over and over. Plus, if I'm using Spry navigation, Flexi is prohibiting me from editing the Spry navigation now. Did not happen while the trial version.

I'd like to just proceed with a refund, please.

I'm disappointed - I had really liked the product.

Hi Lynne,

The trial version is identical to the full version (in fact you can use the trial version and just put the license in). So it must be something else; are you available for a quick desktop sharing on Monday?

Could you also please send us a screenshot of the missing options at support@extendstudio.com? That would help us tremendously to understand and localize the source of the problem.
