I have just instatlled CSS Layouts and when I go to use it on my Mac I cannot see any fonts – which makes it very difficult to work out what is what!!!

Has anybody got any ideas? Is it a problem with the fonts on my computer?

Hi Steve,

I had a look at the screenshot you sent to support and I have to say I never seen this error before. Maybe we should do a desktop sharing on your machine on Monday to see what's going on?

Thanks

Hi

Is anyone available to do a desktop share to solve my problem that I prompted the other day.

It is getting urgent now! Just to remind you… when I open the Flexi CSS Layout panel I cannot see the instructions as the font won’t load or something like that.

Many thanks

Steve

Good morning Steve,

Yesterday I received only the email sent with yousendit.com. There are no other emails, not even in the junk folder. Don't know what happened.

We will try to reproduce the problem that you have on our computers. I'll give you an email if we find anything.

Morning Andrei,

I think the link below might help – when I receive and install Snow Leopard I think it might solve the problem, as all the Arial font family is part of the system in SL. I will let you know.

If you find out anything your end please let me know.
