Hi,

the Flexi CSS Layouts must be installed through Adobe Extension Manager which probably was installed along with Dreamweaver.

Hi Rob,

open Adobe Extension Manager CS4 (if you can't find the application click on "Help" from Dreamweaver's top menu and choose "Manage Extensions").

If it the Adobe Extension Manager is somehow not installed, you can install it from Adobe free of charge:
- for PC: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/dw_exchange/extension_manager/win/AdobeExtensionManager2All.zip

- for Mac: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/dw_exchange/extension_manager/mac/AdobeExtensionManager2All.dmg

After you've opened Extension Manager browse for the MXP file and install it.
