I bought the Flexi CSS Layouts today, downloaded and installed it in Dreamweaver CS4.
When I tried to open, I was asked for the serial number and - after that - for a registration code. Where do I find the registration code? Without this I can use Flexi CSS only as I trial version although I paid the full amount... I also received an order confirmation by email.

Hi,
That's a bit strange as we don't have a second registration screen for this product. Could you please send a screenshot?
Have you tried clicking without filling in the second form?
Thanks,
Cristian

Hello,
Please send the screenshot to support at extendstudio.com.
What version of the extension do you have installed? Could you please check in the extension manager?

I now deinstalled all extensions, made a new download and tried to install it again.
Now the extension manager is mentioning that an installation is not possible. So I cannot use the extension
I do not know why...
the installation file is dated from Sept. 15 although I just downloaded it now from my account...
What happens???

Hello,
Please copy here the exact error that the extension manager gives you. You removed all the extension from the extension manager list or just disabled them?
Are you sure you haven't downloaded the package on Sept. 15th as well? It's possible that your browser is actually getting the package from its cache rather than download it again.

Hello,
Do you have any extension installed at the moment in Extension manager? If you do, try to uninstall the last one that you installed and reinstall it.
Do other extensions work if you try to install them?
If you don't have any extension installed you can try to re-initiate the user configuration folder. Check this page at step 12: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19105.html#user_config
After you do that, install the extension again.

Hello,
The instructions work the same for all Dreamweaver version. The only difference is the folder name. Instead of "Dreamweaver 9" you have "Dreamweaver CS4".

I found the solution...
as a Mac user you have to go to the folder "user/library/application support/adobe/extension manager/configuration" and to rename the configuration folder into "configurationold". Then check if there are any files left in the extensions folder and delete them. Restart the extension manager and install the extension. Now it works!
thanks for the support
