I get a can't connect to the internet when trying to install the trial version. I have an internet connection but not sure if Dreamweaver can see the internet.rnrnIt is most likely a firewall issue but I have no means to make changes to that.rnrnIs there another means to install the trial given this situation?

Hi Kevin,

Unfortunately without internet access it wont be possible to use the trial nor the full version. I'm not sure what you could do as more and more software requires internet access, including Dreamweaver CS5.

Thanks,
Cristian

I am pretty sure it is a proxy issue. I can get to the net but I get a proxy validation in the browser when I go to a site outside of our network. I do not get the prompt within Dreamweaver.

I would be glad to purchase if we can find a solution.

Can you tell me if your plug in is proxy aware?

Thanks

Hi,

We are connecting via Dreamweaver functionality. Let us investigate this.

Hello Kevin,

Our extension is built inside Dreamweaver. To be able to finish the registration you must allow Dreamweaver to connect to the internet through your proxy.

I'm using Dreamweaver CS4 on a realitively new PC with 4 Gb ram. Have just downloaded the trial version of Flexi CSS and it's painfully slooooooooooooooooow! to use.
Its also got a horrendous pale blue color like its got some sort of blue mask over it - Is the retail version as slow and will it also be blue?

I like the theory of Easy CSS but couldn't risk paying for something that will ultimately wind me up during use.

Phil

Hello Phil,

The extension shouldn't be that slow on a 4GB PC. I have a 4 GB PC myself with Win 7 and I have no problems.

The "pale blue mask" gets me confused. There shouldn't be any mask.

Could you please send me some screenshots with it at support at extendstudio.com ?

Thanks,

I have downloaded and installed the Trial version into Dreamweaver CS4 Mac 10.6. I have attempted to use it twice and have crashed twice. Is this a Trial version glitch? Dreamweaver has been completely stable up until now. I have a crash log if that's helpful.

Also, I noticed that it was mentioned earlier that Flexi needs to be on-line in order to run. Is this just for registration purposes? Sometimes I need to run off-line because internet access can be dodgy in the country.

Hello Brenda,

You can use the component offline but only for brief periods because it connect's to our server every 2-3 days to verify the license.
Could you tell us what exactly you do step by step before it crashes?
