After purchasing you should use the trial kit and insert the license key. You don't need to download the full kit.

We are working on fixing the download server for the kit that is made available after the purchase (but the full and trial kits are in fact identical).

I tried downloading the latest version of FlexiCSS Layout and it said the zip file was corrupt or incomplete.

Please download the trial kit from this page: http://www.extendstudio.com/product/tableless-css-layouts-for-dreamweaver.html

It will work as a full kit.
