I just bought the flexi layout and keep getting an error when trying to enter the serial number that I was given. I have tried to click on the "frequently asked questions" or the "support" link but neither of those work as well. Help please...

The links to FAQ and support should open a new page in your browser with the info. Could you please check?
Also, what error code do you have? if it's 301 you simply have to login to your account on our site and reset the license.

661: The serial number entered is incorrect. Make sure you are entering the correct license key.
- if you also purchased flexi panels - that's a different product
- please login to your account on our site with the email address you used when ordering and copy paste the license from there.

I tried to copy and paste into the registry and it won't let me. When I try to right click to paste in the code I get nothing, no choices, no options, nothing. I tried to uninstall and then reinstall again and still am blocked.
