Hi
First of all my organisation seems to have purchased 2 copies of the software. When i try to access the panels I get the following message. 'panel 81 could not be created removing it from list'. If this is because there are 2 versions in the licence area can you sort it out and give me a credit towards other software

Indeed, there are two FlexiPanels licenses under your account. If you want we can use the amount as a discount for other license. Just tell me what product you have in mind.
That error should go away after a file cache clearance.
Here are the instructions on how you can remove Dreamweavers file cache:

You have to close Dreamweaver before you delete it. Tell me if it works afterwards.

Please hold the software as a credit and I'll use it later.
I followed those instructions but couldn't find the file so I dumped that folder and restarted. I then removed the extension closed the programme and reloaded the extension but I got the same message. Do you need to remove the copy application from my account folder for it to work?

Hello Garrett,
No, the second application from your account is not causing this. I think that some of the extension files are not copied in their installation folders.
Do you have the operating system in english or a different language?
Sometimes the extension is installed inside a different language folder and this can cause problems.
