I just got a repeating error today upon startup of DW CS4 that it cannot find FlexipanelsCSSLoad.htm in the config/floaters folder, floater will not load. What is up with that? And how do I fix it?

Hello,
Have you made any modifications to your Dreamweaver before that error started to appear?
Try to reinstall the component and see if you get the same error.
Kind regards,
Andrei

The Panel will NOT reinstall. I've been waiting for 30 minutes and it never gets beyond the Installing Extension with a tiny blip of blue progress bar.
I have upgraded to Snow Leopard and updated a few WebAssist extensions. That is all.

And if you try removing it, does it work ? Try to remove and then install using the latest the package.

After an hour it finally reinstalled. But the error still pops up. The CSS panels are in the floater area:
FlexiPanelsCSSLoader.swf
CSSPanelsPreview.html
includes with panel 4 6 & 7
but no FlexipanelsCSSLoader.htm

Hello Jefferis,
Could we do a desktop sharing session ? It would help me to identify the source of the problems and give you a fix faster.
Regards,
Andrei

Okay, I just want you to know that I was able to install a panel in a blank form. I did not try any deeper editing. What should I look for to see if there is a problem? The Extend panels appear in the Insert Jump Menu bar. I saw a preview. What would be a floating panel that might be missing?

Hello again,
Do you still receive the error ? If you don't receive the error anymore, its ok. That file is used by the interface and if got the interface working, it means that you don't have the problem anymore.
Regards,
Andrei

Seems like the error has disappeared on restart after using the extension...

I just purchased and installed the CSS Pack and I am experiencing the same issue with the FlexipanelsCSSLoad.htm
"Unable to find the FlexipanelsCSSLoader.htm in the Configuation / Floaters directory. The floater will not be shown."
I removed the trail version prior to installing the full version.
I have removed and reinstalled several times and the error still appears.
I have Snow Leopard and have not made any changes to dreamweaver.
Also, there is a long hang time of 1 to 3 minutes every time I access or attempt to edit templates.
How do we fix this?

Hello,
That error appears when the Extension Manager installs the extension in a wrong folder. Usually it installs them in a different language folder. You need to copy the files to the correct location.
Get to Dreamweaver's configuration folder. You can find instructions here: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/creative-dw-dropdown-menu/documentation/faq/faq2.html#cache_procedure
Check if you have multiple configuration folders. It's possible that you have two language folders with a configuration for each. Once you find the two configuration folders, one of them will have more files in it. Copy in it all the contents from the smaller one.
If you want, I can help you with this process very fast by doing a desktop sharing.
