I am using the FlexPanels plugin along with Tabbed Menus Plugin. I created a panel on the page and have been experimenting with adding content such as a tabbed menu. If I update the panel with any changes, all the content disappears from the panel.
Is this normal? If so, is there a workaround. I'd hate to think if I make a minor change to the panel I have to start over with adding content?

It is not normal at all, it is a bug that skipped on our latest release. We have made repaired this issue and a new package is currently in beta testing phase. I will give you a notice as soon as we will post the update.
