hi

When I insert my Panel, it puts in the wrong links to all of the elements:

<link href="../../../../../../../../../includes/CSSPanels/stamp/standard.css"

The includes folder is in the correct location, in exactly the same folder as the page I'm working on but for some reason it adds loads of ../../../../ etc

When I remove these ../../../ lines it previews correctly but in the wrong position - completely outside the page layout

hi

This just doesn't work - keep trying to insert a new Panel and it just throws it outside of my content DIV...

Can I send you some screengrabs please?...

My system is OSX 10.6, Mac, Dreamweaver CS3

You should test these products fully before letting people purchase them, this is pretty poor and I'll be asking for a refund if you can't fix it

Hello Rob,

Yes, please send us some screen shots at support at extendstudio.com. Also, a sample page or a link to a test page would be helpful.

We test all our products thoroughly before release. We also recently created a beta testers for helping us with real life usage scenarios. However, some bugs will skip from times to times. You have to agree that a bug-less software product is an unreachable dream.
Every time one of our clients reports a problem we try to fix it as quick as possible. If it’s a product error that can’t be solved in decent time we accept refund requests for the purchase.

Regards,
Rob

- another error is that when editing a skin, after updating it completely removes any text that was originally in there... and then buts back all of the ../../../

Hi Rob,

Content deletion is a known "behavior" and it's going to be fixed in the next release. We are still investigating the path thing and will let you know what we find.

Best,
