I have upgraded from DWCs5 to CS5.5. I am trying to edit a page containing a flexipanel but I am now asked for a serial number which, when entered, is rejected as already being in use. The serial number is that registered in my accout. How do I proceed?

Hello,

You need to login to our website, go to your account and just press the correspondent 'Reset license' button before registering the extension again to another installation.
