I just bought Flexipanels for DW to upgrade from my demo version. When I enter the serial I received by email I get this error 661 product registratioin failed. Please help.

Hello,
I've just tested your serial to my computer and it works.
Are you sure you are copying the license correctly from your account ? I’ve tried to register css flexi panels with your license and it worked. You receive an error from our server, so you can connect to it. Please make sure that you type the license correctly.

I purchased the bundle package to include the CSS Panels and CSS Layouts and I received one registration number (I assume for both). However, it doesn't seem to work for the CSS Panels but it does work for CSS Layouts. I know I got the "bundle" option because I paid $125 but my confirmation email only shows information for the CSS Layouts. Can somebody assist please? There isn't a number to contact so I'm at my wits end and I hate buying something that I can't use. Please help.
