Hi I tried to install this extension in Mac, I have another ones like css layout and css menu all appear in the insert menu but this one not, I bought together with css layout so they have the same serial, I tried to reinstall and quit and install again, and nothing happen, what can I do

Hello,
Does it appear in the Extension Manager as being installed?
Have you searched for the extension in both insert bar and insert tab and it doesn't appear? Please follow this link for more details: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/flexi-panels-css/installation_notes-flexipanels.html

Yes the extension is installed and look it in the Insert bar and the insert tab, and no appear,I have another ones from, you for example, jquery PowerSlider this appear in the insert bar, but did not in the insert tab, the same thing with Flexi css menus, and the Creative Images too

Please check if you can open the extension from the Window Menu –> Insert.
If you can’t find it there either then we should set up a desktop sharing session so that we can see what went wrong on your computer. Please download Teamviewer and send us an id and password by e-mail to support[at]extendstudio.com in order to connect.

I have the same situation. I bought it some time ago but haven't used it. I'm on CS5.5. It shows up in the "insert", it opens a gray box, but that is all that happens.

Yes, my last name contains a hyphen, so my username is hyphenated...
