I seem unable to post a new message to your previous response regarding this. I am using windows vista and the computer was originally set up as users/mike so dwCS5.5 could be installed there, or alternatively flexi panels via the extension manager could be installed there. Apologies for opening a new thread but I have tried a dozen times to reply to the previous thread. Regards

Hello,
Did you reinstall the extension using the Extension Manager on the new user or did you import the installation?
Do you want to do a desktop sharing session so I can help you with the installation? It would not take more than 10-15 minutes.
