My Flexi Panels was not working so I tried a reinstall. I asked for a serial number and I get an error that the serial number is in use.rnrnHo do I clear that error?

Part 1 solved. I found the license reset.
Part 2. I click on the Insert Panel icon an nothing happes. I can open the edit panel and flexi slicer.

Hello Johnny.
Nothing happens when you press the "insert panel" button but the interface opens when you press the "edit panel" button? That's strange. Do you have a panel in the page? If you don't, when you press the edit button it should tell you that you need to select a panel in order to edit.
You said that the extension was not working before you tried a reinstall. What happened before the reinstall?
You could try to do a cache clearance to make sure this isn't a problem caused by cached javascript function.

It fixed the problem.
