I upgraded my DreamWeaver 4 to 5 and installed FlexiPanels CSS into DW5. I left DW 4 on the PC. When I tried to update an existing panel in DW5, a popup appeared asking for the serial number. I entered it and it says "Error #661 Product registration failed". I originally registered this product on the same PC. Can't I use this product on an upgrade of DW?

Hello Greg,

Sure you can use the Flexi Panels on CS 5 version.

Error #661 means that the serial number that you inserted is not in our database. Could you please send me an email to support at extendstudio.com with the serial number that you are trying to use?
