I upgraded from the trial version just today, installed the extension and everything seemed to be working. Once I restarted Dreamweaver CS3, the 'CSS Panels' tab shows up but it won't let me insert anything into a page. It doesn't give an error or anything. It just doesn't respond. Dreamweaver isn't locked up, I can add other content just not the panels. Please help.
