Hello Torri,
We haven't placed a delete option in the interface, maybe in a future update but you can delete those skins manually.
The skins are saved inside Dreamweavers configuration folder under the path: SharedExtendCSSPanelsskins
You can find an xml there called "custom_skins.xml". Edit it and remove any skins that you want.

It is sufficient to open the file skins.xml in DW and it is easy to delete the wrong Skin.
