How do you change the colours of the background panels, there is a colour swatch but I can't fathom how to make it work. The panels are great but don't match my website colour schemes.

Hope someone can help

You can edit the colors of each skin and create new colors schemes. Check this tutorial: http://www.extendstudio.com/documentation/flexi-panels-css/documentation/docs/new-color-themes.html
