This is the error message I am getting. "Serial number already in use" I was able to use my FlexiPanels once and now it's asking for my serial number again and it says it's already in use. Well, that's because i entered it the first time. Help! I am on a deadline and need this fixed.

Hello Susan,

You need to go to your account on our site and reset the license for your product. You need to do this every time you re-install the component. Let us know if you have any other questions.
