I have asked this twice of the company...HELP installing this product on my MAC OSX. The only help-like doc looks like something for a PC. I need help...where do I get it ... anything online. Does their support reply to emails?

Scares me when I see the actual forum title incorrectly spelled "General Discutions ". They might like to correct it.
