I bought FlexiPanels CSS for Dreamweaver - Single-user unlimited license last December and never been able to add ONE single panel in my pages. I've read from time to time your support Flexi Forum and followed every thread that I thought would "liberate" my extension from crashing Dreamweaver CS3 and CS4 as soon as I tried your extension.
So far no results : I had and still have a Dreamweaver crash every time I try to use your extension and I don't know what to do or what to try anymore.
If you have any ideas thanks for sharing but before buying another of your extensions I should think twice : any chance for a reimbursement ???

Hello Diego,
Have you ever contacted our support department about the problems that you have? I've searched for emails from your part but couldn't find any.
Does Dreamweaver crash immediately after you press the insert button or the interface opens up first?
When you first run the extension should prompt you that some skin files need to be extracted for it to function. Does that message appear?
Also, we had some problems in the past with Dreamweaver running using Rosetta on MACs. Do you run Dreamweaver using Rosetta?

I tried everything you suggest in your forum, I erased the "skin" folder so many times that I have lost count, I installed and removed the FlexiPanel extension at least once a month for the last ten months but with no success, I read all the threads twice to be sure not to leave something behind, but the final result is still the same : IT DOESN'T WORK!!!!
Maybe one day, who knows, I will be rewarded with a panel inserted in one of my pages but for the moment I'm miles from it.
I have a very basic and standard MAC configuration, 10.6.4, never tried to modify whatsoever in my computer, but I know how to handle one, I think, and I,ve been using Dreamweaver from scratch, from the first issue back in 1996/97.
It crashes when I just click on the "insert panel" icon, it crashes when it says that is got to install the "skins", it crashes when I do something that is quite normal for any other extension installed, it crashes so quickly that I'm obliged to uninstall it as soon as I can in order to carry on with what I'm supposed to do.
Thanks for your reply in any case but I still haven't seen one proper solution to my problem, so, as I said before, what next??

Hello Diego,
Would you agree to do a desktop sharing session tomorrow? It won't take long and if we can't get the extension to work we will gladly accept to refund your money.

Thank you for your reply but I do not want to use your extension anymore, I've run out of rude words......
It doesn't' matter, it was not a big deal in any case but if you can reimburse me I would appreciate and for your knowledge I'm located in Belgium, maybe it has something to do with the very bad weather here...
