I purchased FlexiPanels yesterday and tried installing it on a computer I wanted to use it on (the computer is on a closed network). When I put in the serial number and clicked the register button, I got a dialog box saying "processing registration, please wait..." and it's been like that for 45 minutes and counting. How can I register it on a closed network?rnrnPaul H. Tanaka

Hello Paul,

I'm afraid you have to connect to the internet to register the extension. The serial validation is done online.
