i have had to reinstall dw cs4 and i am trying now to get flexi pans reinstalled as well. every time i type in my serial number it either gives me a code 661 error or asks me to hit the process key? i have reset my licence ut i cant seem to get it sorted. any thoughts?

Hello,
When you are asked for a process key leave that field empty and hit the "process" button. That field is only required for multiple-users licenses.

I reinstalled everything on my PC, including DW CS5, but I can not find the license key for my software FlexiPanels CSS!
I had to reinstall the new test version, but I miss the code bought in August 2010.
How can I reuse the FlexiPanels CSS?
Please help me!

Hello,
You should find the serial number for the product in your account on our website. After you login using the email address you purchased on you should be redirected to your products page.
You need to reset the license number before you can use it to register the extension again.
